STEP 1: Yarn Supply

Tianye Jacquard has a rigorous protocol for yarn quality control standards that includes detailed specifications and parameters. QC team does routine random checking of yarn rolls to verify the quality of the incoming yarns based on our own, above industry average, criteria.

STEP 2: Inspection

Tianye Jacquard has a two-step process for Fabric Inspection. The first step is to inspect the gray goods from the machine in order to guarantee the machine runs well. The second step is to inspect the final goods from finishing.

STEP 3: Testing

Tianye Jacquard has an in-house laboratory for regular fabric testing such as abrasion, pilling, color fastness, PH, arofene, and yellowing test. Additional tests with third-party institutions can be arranged and completed upon request.
